James AI — Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to have your data deleted from the James AI software, which automatically replies to and moderates comments on our own Instagram account @james.manly1998.

What we store about you

If you have commented on one of our posts, we may hold only the following public comment metadata: your Instagram username, the text of your comment, the Instagram account-scoped user ID, comment ID and media (post) ID, and the timestamp. Stored comment records are automatically deleted after 90 days. We do not store your email, phone number, password, private messages, or location.

How to delete it

1. Email us at hong.qop1225@gmail.com from any address, and include your Instagram @username. We will delete all stored records associated with that username within 30 days and confirm by reply.
2. Deleting your comment on Instagram removes the public copy there. Email us as above if you also want the separate safety/audit record removed before its automatic expiry.
